Born and raised in a small village in East Flanders, Belgium, antihero has grown up with punkrock, post hardcore and techno.

antihero played in several punk / post punk bands as a guitarist and bass player before discovering electronic music. Spending almost a decade dancing on Techno, Electro and House he decided to spin the decks himself and his alter ego antihero was born. He played multiple techno parties in Ghent, Antwerp and Belgium. But the family (his kid was born) put everything on a hiatus.

As a self taught musician antihero has spent the last decade learning the art of music production. And now that his son is grown it’s time to come out of the shadows. Not being influenced by what is hot in the electronic music scene, antihero tries to blend genres and just wants to put his own interpretation of electronic music out.

antihero is not a DJ set, but only performs his music LIVE.
