Bio

Age of the Sun is a Belgian rock band from Kortrijk and Gent. The band was founded in 2009 out of a shared love for American stoner band Kyuss.

With their characteristic deep, loud and sweaty style, they have been playing all kinds of venues from clubs, bars, festivals to squats between 2011 and today, often producing raunchy levels of heat.

Age of the Sun won its first rock rally (Knoet Free Podium) and played the finals in its second (Schippersweekend Lauwe). While their early work can be heard on the 2011 demo 'Stone Red', the band is preparing for new recordings in the winter of 2014, following their No Summer Yet Tour.

Ultimately, their music and shows come with only one heartfelt wish for fans and other creatures alike...
