The Mind is a melodic rock band based in Heist-op-den-Berg. Musicians Otis, Fie, Ianthe, Rube and Sebastiaan pride themselves in balancing their songs and live sets between energy and melody. Their combination of a great female and male lead vocal has a beautiful way of striking a chord.

The band showed their undoubted potential by reaching the final of Imagine Belgium in 2025, where they took home the Sussol Prize. They played back-to-back finals in the last two editions of the Interfacultaire Rock Rally in Het Depot in Leuven, as well as in Concours Hestival, where they bagged the audience award in 2025.

In October 2026, The Mind released their first EP ‘Ignited’, which contains four original tracks. ‘Child’ and ‘Run’, the two single releases that stem from the album, are available on streaming platforms and Vi.be

The band has had good share of live gigs over the past two years and they are eagerly looking forward to delving into more driven live performances and exciting releases in the near future.
