With his 2024 debut album Atlantis, Tauber showcases his passion for the sea and the unknown to the fullest. Fast-paced hard rock riffs broken up by atmospheric intervals, the occasional guitar solo and some mellotron madness.

Tauber has only one goal: to share his passion for complex music with the world.

The story of my debut, Atlantis:

As a storytelling concept album, Atlantis takes the listener on a musical journey into the unknown, telling the story of a submarine leaving on a mission for raw materials. Discovering Atlantis and torpedoing it to clear the path, accidentally awakening the mighty Kraken. After an epic battle, the crew is defeated and only one of them is left to tell the tale.

The story as a whole can be seen as a critique of the human desire to achieve a set goal, by any means necessary. Neglecting nature, culture and history in the process, ultimately paying with their lives. Then being celebrated as heroes and ultimately forgotten by the world.

The vocals, guitar and some bass were recorded by Tauber and the additional instruments were programmed MIDI.

Future plans :

After the release of Atlantis, I had found that some of my skills had grown significantly, opening doors for even more concept heavy songs. Right now I am working on an album with songs that will be catchier, feature more vocals and are fit to play live with a band to get that crowd hyped.
