The project began after the tragic death of Gino Missiaen's eldest daughter, Lien. The brilliant musician and artist explains his motivation: "When Lien took her own life, I ended up in a kind of energy vortex. I started to revisit old work and create new work with a clear goal: to help eliminate suicide and break the taboo surrounding it. I want to offer support, hope, and recognition to people who are struggling." Some of the songs are allusions to themes which would have been good and helpful for Lien.

For this important project, Missiaen has collaborated with a diverse group of artists, including Marvin Siau, Karen Willems, Alan Gevaert, Toon Vlerick, Pascal Poissonnier, Ivo Provoost, Dirk Zoete, Wouter Van den Broeck, Jean Crow Corneille, Ludo Huyghe, Stijn Bruynooghe and Xan Albrecht,...
