STUNG is a rising force in the hardcore, thrash and crossover metal scene. Formed in late 2022, the band blends the raw, unfiltered energy of old‑school metal with a fresh, modern edge. Their sound is intense, uncompromising and built for the stage — a whirlwind of crushing riffs, powerful vocals and relentless momentum.

STUNG has already shared stages with genre titans such as Channel Zero, Evil Invaders, Bark, Pro Pain, Rudeboy (plays UDS) and many more, proving early on that they can stand tall among the heavyweights. But one of the most defining elements of their journey is their deep connection with Joey Zampella (Life of Agony).

What began as a professional collaboration quickly grew into something far more meaningful. Joey became not just their producer, but a mentor, coach and ultimately Chosen Family. The bond extends beyond the band — even the families of STUNG are now part of this tight circle. Every reunion with Joey feels like a homecoming, filled with warmth, respect and shared passion. His guidance continues to push STUNG to evolve, refine their craft and reach for bigger stages.

• In Oktober 2025, STUNG released their newest EP ‘Whispering’, available on all major platforms. The EP captures the band’s raw intensity and the emotional depth of their journey so far.
