Sosotysha is a singer, songwriter and co-producer with Congolese roots who has always shared a deep and personal bond with music. Growing up, she was immersed in a variety of sounds like congolese rumba, gospel, jazz, soul and rnb but she was always fascinated by vocalists and draw inspiration from powerful voices like Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, Ms. Lauryn Hill, and Jazmine Sullivan. These influences shaped her artistry, refined her ear and helped her craft a unique musical identity.

She found her voice on the Brussels music scene, performing at open mics and recording in studios, gradually defining the sound that sets her apart today.

In 2021, she introduced her world with A Mess I Guess, a debut EP she describes as an intimate and introspective body of work.

Passionate about storytelling, she pours her heart into her lyrics, valuing honesty and raw emotion in every song. While R&B remains her foundation, she loves blending different genres to give each track the depth and texture it deserves.

After a three-year break, Sosotysha returned in June 2024 with Unconfessed, a light, summery, and upbeat single that showcases a new side of her artistry.As she works on her second EP, she is unveiling its essence one step at a time, releasing singles that give listeners a glimpse of what’s to come, "In my head" (2025), "Under the full moon" and "Insane" (2026).
