Silence of the Nemeta is a 1-man atmospheric folk/black metal project from Leuven founded in 2023.

The music aims to create epic, conceptual & cinematic compositions combining atmospheric black metal with folk instruments like violin, bouzouki, and flutes. The project released its first EP "Where our Coils Collide" in 2024.

In 2025 the follow-up full-length album "Towards the Chimaera" was. This album showcases grander instrumentation with the addition of double bass and more layered violin parts. The album tells a story about guilt and regret over 6 interwoven tracks.
