Shadow Mo Trio is a groove-based jazz band from Belgium, formed in 2024. The trio consists of Steven Taelman (keys/synths), Felix De Clerck (bass), and Dajo Vlaeminckx (drums).

Their music blends intricate modern jazz harmonies with laid-back grooves and plenty of room for improvisation. Steven’s compositions bring together elements of jazz, hip hop, drum & bass, and whatever feels right in the moment.

From the first moment they played together, they felt a deep chemistry. With that natural connection, they immediately dove into the studio to capture their spontaneous energy and groove.
