Seven Beats (Wim Vanbalen) – Official Bio

Belgian music producer and DJ and with over two decades of experience behind the decks. Specializing in techno, tech house, and house, his sound is a blend of rhythmic energy, melodic depth, and club-ready drive — crafted to move dancefloors and stir emotions.

Active since the early 2000s, Seven Beats built his name in the Belgian club scene with marathon DJ sets of up to 8 hours, performing in venues such as Loftival (festival), clubs: Club Peaches & Cream (Gran Canaria), Eroxx (Balen), Buddha (Boom), Club Agora (Boom), and The Lagoon (Maasmechelen). Known for making his on the spot remixes of a few tracks ,seamless transitions and crowd connection, he delivers immersive sets using professional Pioneer gear.

As a producer, Seven Beats draws inspiration from the golden era of house and trance, blending analog warmth with modern grooves. His music has been released on BIP Records and House Records, with standout tracks including:

Outside the club scene, Seven Beats curates and shares weekly one-hour DJ sets on FM dance radio stations in Belgium and the Netherlands, including a featured Friday night slot on Belgium Dance Radio (19:00–20:00).
