(NL) Ik ben multi-instrumentalist en zanger van traditionele zangstijlen en ben betrokken bij verschillende Belgische en internationale muziekprojecten. Ik geef ook regelmatig workshops en cursussen.

Ik ontdekte de Ierse doedelzak, de uilleann pipes, in 1989. In die tijd ontdekte ik ook Tuvaanse keelzang en boventoonzang. Dit was het begin van een levenslange zoektocht naar muziekinstrumenten en vocale klankkleuren, vandaar het brede en klankrijke palet dat ik aanbied.

Ik ben momenteel actief in verschillende groepen (Osuna, Edra, Griff Trio, Toasaves, Hiraeth, MuZand, Balsam - Zefiro Torna & Laika, Halewyn, ...)

(ENG) I am a multi-instrumentalist and singer of traditional singing styles and am involved in several Belgian and international music projects. I also regularly give workshops and courses.

I discovered the Irish bagpipes, the uilleann pipes, in 1989. At that time, I also discovered Tuvan throat singing and overtone singing. This was the beginning of a lifelong search for musical instruments and vocal timbres, hence the broad and sound-rich palette I offer.

I am currently active in several ensembles (Osuna, Edra, Griff Trio, Toasaves, Hiraeth, MuZand, Balsam - Zefiro Torna & Laika, Halewyn, ...)
