RADZ. is een band uit Kortrijk die in 2022 het licht zag als een doorstart van de ter ziele gegane band Treemen uit Reninge. RADZ. bestaat uit ??? (zang), Mike Ptacek (gitaar) van heavy-trash metalband Decision , Steve Bauwens (drums) die in het verleden drumde bij Makheena, Revealed en PLP* en Daria Vrijders (bas) die ook drumt bij Billy. RADZ. speelt een eigenzinnige en karaktervolle mix van rock, stoner rock, atmosferische rock en een vleugje psychedelische rock.

Hun geluid drijft op vuige gitaren bovenop een stevige ritmesessie van bas en drums. RADZ. zorgt voor een snelle afwisseling van emoties en energie. Er is een balans tussen sferisch soms zelfs zweverig gitaarwerk en woeste op tempo stukken zonder het gevoel voor pakkende refreinen te verliezen waardoor RADZ. ook STUBRU en Willy fans aanspreekt. RADZ. wil op een leuke manier buiten de lijntjes kleuren en waagt zich zelfs aan een sporadische verkenning van rootsmuziek waardoor je spontaan begint te buikdansen. Gooi Red Fang, Kyuss, Rage Against The Machine, een handvol Faith No More en een snuifje The Doors in een blender, kruid met een accent van Ramkot, een vleugje Radiohead en een blaadje Garry Clarck Jr. en serveer in een royaal cocktailglas met veel crunched ice. Serveer daar een potje pisnootjes bij voor gitarist Mike en RADZ. slikt lekker weg als een smaakvolle cocktail om een publiek in vervoering te brengen om vervolgens kort daarna dat glas hard in het gezicht te knallen.

RADZ. heeft momenteel 5 nummers klaar en zoekt een nieuw stem met de nodige uitstraling om zo snel mogelijk het podium op te gaan en in de studio te duiken.

(vocals), Mike Ptacek (guitar) from heavy-trash metal band Decision , Steve Bauwens (drums) who in the past played drums with Makheena, Revealed and PLP* and Daria Vrijders who also plays drums with Billy (bass). RADZ. plays a quirky and characterful mix of rock, stoner rock, atmospheric rock and a touch of psychedelic rock.

Their sound floats on dirty guitars on top of a solid rhythm session of bass and drums. RADZ. provides a fast-paced alternation of emotion and energy. There is a balance between spherical sometimes even soaring guitar work and ferocious on tempo pieces without losing the sense of catchy choruses which makes RADZ. appeal to STUBRU and Willy fans as well. RADZ. wants to color outside the lines in a fun way and even ventures into a sporadic exploration of roots music that makes you spontaneously start belly dancing. Throw Red Fang, Kyuss, Rage Against The Machine, a handful of Faith No More and a pinch of The Doors into a blender, season with an accent of Ramkot, a touch of Radiohead and a leaf of Garry Clarck Jr. and serve in a generous cocktail glass with lots of crunched ice. Serve a jar of piss nuts with that for guitarist Mike and RADZ. swallows away nicely as a flavorful cocktail to thrill an audience only to pop it hard in the face shortly thereafter.
