From dreamy and subtle indietronica ["the guy who influenced LCD Soundsystem" according to music journalist Brett Holdaway] to uncompromising garage rock [literally recorded in a garage and reached to national radios] and experimental horror-pop, garnering international press acclaim [as seen in Les Inrocks], radio acclaim, and critical acclaim, Pierre Arthur Lejeune has experimented with 50 shades of alternative music.

Returning today, Pierre Arthur Lejeune presents "Echoes From The Undergrowth", his first real solo album, which, as usual, embraces new experiments and challenges.

This album is structured around classical wind [clarinet, flute] and string [violin, piano] instruments, permeating the 12 tracks [composed of acoustic and electric guitar, bass, drums and vocals], expertly deployed throughout this forty-minute sonic journey, for a very "organic" result, while maintaining the 2-3 minute "song" format so dear to him.

All instruments — clarinet, xylophone, violin, piano, transverse flute, chimes, marimba, acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, timpani, kalimba, jaw harp, guiro — played and recorded by Pierre Arthur Lejeune.
