Peyoti for President is a powerhouse of Urban World Music, radiating raw acoustic energy far beyond its London and Ghent roots.

Written in Mexico, their second album *Your Comfort Zone* pushes boundaries with an immersive mix of global beats, brass, and electronica. On stage, this transforms into an unfiltered acoustic force delivered by an international five-piece band—featuring João Segurado (bass), João Palma (accordion), Bart Maris (trumpet), and Manu Pozo (drums/percussion). Their high-octane style draws frequent comparisons to Manu Chao, whom they supported on the UK leg of the *La Radiolina Tour*.

Peyoti’s anthem *Palestinian Children* has been championed by DemocracyNow.org and the 2026 Global Sumud Flotilla to Gaza. Demonstrating a deep commitment to peace and social justice, the band recently performed at the 2026 Berlin PAX Peace Festival.
