Brussels based DJ Perla Veda is an emerging voice in Belgium’s underground techno scene, blending hypnotic, groove led and driving techno with flashes of electro, tribal, house and industrial sounds.

Born in France to French Turkish parents and shaped by years spent between France, Turkey and Belgium, versatility sits at the heart of her approach. Rather than relying on a fixed formula, she adapts her selection to the venue and energy of the room, keeping groove and hypnotic techno at the core while allowing each set to develop its own character.

Her sets focus on strong music selection, layering and movement, creating something that can be listened to and appreciated as much as danced to. The intention is to transport the crowd through the different layers of a set while keeping the dancefloor moving and, above all, making sure people have fun.

Since establishing herself in Belgium, Perla has been steadily building her place within the local electronic music community. She has played for Gimic, Le Yes Collectif, Warrecords, Femmebass and Lunarmechelen with her growing run of bookings including Full Circle 2026 edition, and a September appearance at Club Vaag, where she closes after Mac Declos.

Alongside her development as a DJ, Perla has created Perla in Company, an independent podcast and mix series focused on the people actively shaping Belgium’s electronic music scene.

The project began organically as a party in her Brussels apartment, where a planned DJ recording turned into a night of spontaneous B2B sessions between friends. That idea of being “in company” became the foundation for a wider platform built around music, conversation and connection.

Today, Perla in Company brings together interviews, podcasts, mixes and live sessions with DJs, producers, bookers, event organisers, collectives and cultural organisations. Its purpose is to introduce its audience to the different people and structures that make Belgium’s electronic music community possible, while creating a space where artists and industry figures can share their experiences and perspectives.

Perla Veda is now bringing these different parts of her creative identity together. As a DJ, her focus remains on developing her own interpretation of underground techno, gaining experience across different dancefloors and continuing to evolve her selection. Through Perla in Company, she is simultaneously building connections with the wider community around that music.

Still emerging, but increasingly present within Belgium’s electronic music landscape, Perla Veda is building her path through selection, versatility, curiosity and a commitment to becoming an active part of the scene around her.
