Orchestravian is a 15-piece large ensemble led by Romanian composer and conductor Octavian Taborsky, playing modern jazz with electronic twists. We have members from all over the world and this cultural mixture definitely transfers itself to the music.
The ensemble blends contemporary harmony with dynamic grooves and soundscapes, captivating audiences with bold textures, rhythmic complexity, and innovative instrument playing techniques.
Orchestravian's performances offer a fresh musical experience, appealing to both jazz enthusiasts and electronic music fans alike and our goal is to bridge the gap between these worlds.
