only tears is the project of Jeroen Ernest Geboers and Lei Van Gestel. Born from late-night home studio experiments and a shared love of pop noise, their sound is soaked in compression and a digital Y2K aesthetic. They met in a café shortly after Lei moved back from living in a forest, started talking music, and wrote their first song the next day.

Following international radio support (including KEXP), only tears is building toward a debut EP with a steady run of releases across 2026, alongside their first live shows this summer.
