Midas Dee is an independent hip-hop artist who creates from pure feeling. Influenced by rock, soul, funk, and classic hip-hop, he crafts a sound that feels warm, groovy, and personal — music with soul, a message, and above all: vibes.

For Midas Dee, music is more than just sound — it’s a feeling, an energy that moves with you. His work revolves around the Pause/Play concept: music for both the highs and the lows. Alongside his solo project, Midas Dee is also one half of the hip-hop duo Funk and the Fu, where he helps shape their signature sound: Funkhop — a unique blend of funky grooves and hip-hop that’s danceable, energetic, and distinct. Beyond that, he runs his own rock band and works as a producer for various rappers, further expanding his versatility and musical range.
