01. SHORT HISTORY

• Born in 1983 and 'discovered' New Beat at the end of the '8o's. From that moment, I became a young fan of Electronic Music and started listening the local radio stations & recording my favorite songs on tape (TOPRADIO SIS & Dance Radio Plus). Good points at school resulted in my preferred present: a Compact Disc. I collected all Compilations and learned titles from Producers/Artists by heart. It was a period of listening all weekends to the charts. Local artists were pushed and there was a big local radio-community where greetings were given and you could call asking to play your favorite number.

02. DEEJAY

• In 1997, I started to collect vinyl records (quite expensive for a student) although my first opportunities to play them was at the local radiostation and at schoolparties where the majority of the crowd experienced his first night 'going out'.Later on, I continued my musical tour in local pubs, on Wedding & Birthdayparties, business events, some New Years eve parties but also the Belgian clubs, disco's and afterclubs.
• I was sharing the title of 'Forum Administrator' on a Belgian webforum which became a digital market of clubbing people who shared their emotions, experiences, opinions, musical preferences, publicity for parties and digitalised mixtapes (Legendaryclubs.be)
• In 2006, I made my Thesis about the history of House Music and the Marketing Strategy of N.E.W.S. (2006).
• In 2009 I was involved in a project powered by Studio Brussel (National Radiostation) and sponsored by Red Bull: This Book is Elektronic. A small selection of articles and flyers representing Belgian nightlife during a period of 30 years. This inspiring book also reveal some interviews with legendary Belgian artists.

03. EVENT ORGANISER

• Balmoral, The Reunion - a yearly event with the responsibility of coordinating the marketing & the communication with my artists
• Love vs Life - an evenement which took place during Gentse Feesten and with the responsibility of marketing and publicity

04. COMPONIST - PRODUCER

• In 2021 I started composing or producing my own musical productions. The philosophy I have in the studio is based on 2 convictions. First of all, I remarked during last decades that a lot of new releases within electronic music were reworked, remixed or, at least, resampled music of previous music productions. The House scene gives me an image of deprivation between artists. I fully proof with my music there is still a lot of inspiration available and I always maintain 3 values while working in my studio: NEW, ORIGINAL & EASY.
• My second conviction is the role of everybody in this artistical process. The artist is doing 'the artist-thing' and the deejays, radios, public places or 'the crowd' is doing 'the publicity-thing'. We should not gossip about the meaning of good or bad taste neither we should pay for it. In reality, it mean that I do everything on my own: Inspiration, creation, production, mastering & distribution of all my projects without investing 1 coin in it (except my Soundcloud-profile).
