Bio
Born in Namur, Joe Mabel was raised in a family where music was central. Her mother used to be a lyric/choral singer, and her father played classic piano every day. The singer started music at six years old, in a small academy. At the age of nine, she started playing clarinet and at fifteen, she picked up the violin alto. Joe Mabel used to amuse her family singing badly, it was kind of a running gag. At that time she wasn’t taking singing seriously even if she used to sing a lot by herself. One day, she decided to take part in a little talent show in the village; she sang Night Call from London Grammar. She felt a strong connection with the audience during the song and people were encouraging her future ambitions. Slowly, Joe Mabel started to write more and more. Today, she is releasing her first EP Minor crescendo.
