J.OMAR is an Italian-Iraqi singer-songwriter, born in Venice and based in Belgium. Rooted in her multicultural heritage, she explores themes of identity, love, loss and resilience with honesty and sensitivity. Life hasn’t always been kind, and she doesn’t pretend it has. She works with music, text and live performance.

2026 marked a fresh start, a year fully dedicated to writing songs and reconnecting with her musician friends from the conservatory, to play together and shape and colour her songs.

Now currently working towards releasing her first EP in 2027.
