My name is Lilisabeth, Elisabeth with a touch of Lilith. Ever since I can remember I have lived in an ocean of music and sounds, where for a few years now I have dived into the wave of writing my own songs. I want to bring to live whatever worlds I imagine, and to play around with sound and visuals to capture it.

I search for beauty and depth and mirror the real world with my imagination to tell a story of and for many. My poetry travels the complex landscapes of the human mind and is just as simple and laughable at the same time. As long as it's colorful! (even a pencil drawing is of color!) I also love to paint and bring those images to life.

My music tells a story, that if you close your eyes, you can be inside a movie of your imagination.

I speak of “music of the heart” because it does not distinguish between cultures or languages. It is like water and goes where it cannot flow, so my songs are in Dutch, English, French, nonsense, …
