Dr. Andre — also known as Doctorandus Dre or Drs. D — is an animator and illustrator in the Flemish film and TV industry. Over the past 20 years, his Foley Department has accumulated a vast archive of mockups and tapes for unreleased soundtracks spanning an eclectic range of music. Most were never used. Most were never heard.

A series of EP's will bring this collection to light. A first album, The Treachery of Sound, is expected in 2027.

Also, The Foley Department is a band. As a drummer, Dr. Andre performs alongside The Teacher (guitars) and Kid Oda (saxophone, keys) in various combinations. Following the release, this line-up may appear on a stage near you.
