Biography

Hi,

I’m Kevin ( D-Luxe )…and I’m a positive addict.

Born on the 5th of August 1992 in Gent (Belgium), and already a few years later sniffing around in my diapers trough the record collection of my father. Pretty soon I followed my father (who was a local all-round DJ) every weekend, waiting for the moment of his 5 minutes absence to turn my favourite house/melodic techno track.

After my first club experience I had only one purpose! There I was standing on the stairs of the legendary club “Boccaccio” where the house scene explode. I was enchanted by the music, the atmosphere, the people, the happy and positive vibes, and I thought : that’s the place where I wanne perform!

As a hard worker I bought my first DJ Booth and I practiced to achieve my purpose. I won a DJ contest and became the residence of a local club. The owner of the club proposed me to spin in his new project “club D-luxe” and there arises my present DJ name D-LUXE. Years and experience in techno/melodic techno passed by and there it happened … my dream came true and I played in almost every big club in Belgium ( Bocca former Boccaccio, La Rocca, Kings club, Balmoral,… ), I even got several bookings in Corfu (Greece). In the Meantime I started my own concept called Baldadig where we throw partys over whole belgium and even a few times at greece. Now the days ive started to experimenting with Ableton. Wait and see, the sky is the limit.

Now you know my addiction, the mainspring off my life. Exited?
