Demon Spine was formed in November 2023 in Beveren, Belgium, and is an upcoming metal band from the Waasland region. The band was founded by then 12- and 13-year-old members Niels, Lenn, Kobe, and Sus. Despite their young age, Demon Spine draws inspiration from legendary 2000s acts such as Korn, Slipknot, and Rage Against The Machine, while also incorporating influences from iconic grunge and alternative rock artists like Nirvana, The Offspring, and Soundgarden.

Their young age has also attracted attention from the Belgian press, with newspapers describing Demon Spine as one of the youngest metal bands in Flanders.

Since September 2026, bassist Marie has joined the band, completing the current five-piece lineup and bringing a new energy and dynamic to the group.

Demonstration, the band's first EP, was released on April 30, 2026, featuring five tracks, including a previously released single. The recordings were made at De Kiem with producer Ken Pichal. The EP has been well received by publications such as Het Laatste Nieuws and Het Nieuwsblad, with praise for its youthful energy, raw sound, and passion. Demon Spine continues to push creative boundaries while exploring new musical directions.

Their music is loud, energetic, and raw with a healthy dose of “Don’t Care,” a nod to their track State of Ignorance.
