Christopher-Rheims (C-RHYMS) combineert, via eigen composities, een jazz/neo-soul sound met de lyricale diepgang van Loyle Carner, Kofi Stone en Common. Hij staat bekend om zijn complexe rijmschema's en delivery waarmee hij de luisteraar meeneemt in zijn aangrijpend verhaal! Adoptie, racisme en eenzaamheid komen allemaal muzikaal aan bod met daarin boodschappen die ieder kunnen inspireren om in zichzelf te (blijven) geloven.

Geïnspireerd door Robert Glasper met Kendrick Lamar (To Pimp A Butterfly), Alfa Mist met Lester Duval (2nd Exit) en Loyle Carner (hugo), tracht hij een nieuwe wind te laten waaien door het hiphop landschap.

Zijn progressies worden muzikaal ingevuld door een getalenteerd trio jazzmuzikanten met Paul De Smet (Vorklift) op drums, Inigo Grau y Garcia (Vorklift) op bas en Reinert Creve (Reinert Creve Trio) op toetsen!

Renowned for his conscious style of rapping, sophisticated rhyme patterns and charismatic delivery, he challenges the listener to pay close attention to the deeper message and allegories hidden within as he aims to express his emotions through the music.

Inspired by Robert Glasper with Kendrick Lamar (To Pimp A Butterfly), Alfa Mist with Lester Duval (2nd Exit) and Loyle Carner (hugo), he aims to bring a breath of fresh air in the hiphop landscape.

His progressions are musically transcribed by a talented trio of jazz musicians with Paul De Smet (Vorklift) on drums, Inigo Grau y Garcia (Vorklift) on bass and Reinert Creve (Reinert Creve Trio) on keys!
