C I M E is a Belgian artist of Ethiopian descent, born in Linkeroever in 2003 and raised between Belgium and Addis Ababa. His multicultural background and personal experiences shape his music, where introspective rap meets themes of identity, self-worth and defiance.

After returning to Antwerp in 2021, he developed his sound at a local youth centre, releasing early tracks such as Overtime, War and DFOP (Greatness). Through raw lyricism and a growing live presence, he steadily built his reputation in the underground scene.

In 2024, he became the first Young Air resident at Trix. A year later, he released his debut EP, Not Entertainment, and reached the Sound Track finals at Trix after progressing through the preliminary rounds in Turnhout.

Now a full resident at Trix, C I M E continues to refine his craft, bridging cultures and experiences through sharp bars, shifting flows and an uncompromising artistic vision.
