Bamako Express is niet zomaar een band. Het is een fusie van werelden, een botsing van culturen en een explosie van muzikale genialiteit. Dit kwartet, bestaande uit twee getalenteerde Belgische muzikanten en twee super muzikanten uit Mali en Burkina Faso, heeft de handen in elkaar geslagen om iets buitengewoons te creëren: een fusie van folk en West-Afrikaanse magie!

Bamako Express beschikt over een unieke line-up met de zoete klanken van gitaar, de meeslepende klanken van een viool en de betoverende melodieën van de balafon onder begeleiding van de ritmische djembe. Elk instrument speelt een cruciale rol bij het creëren van de unieke sound pallet van de band.
