Electronic music is more than sound; it is a transformation of space. Operating as the technical mind behind the wheels, DJ and music producer Auronik (Niek) shapes a dark, industrial world where rolling melodic techno and driving progressive house merge with visual art.

At the core of his vision lies Raum.86, a dedicated audiovisual control room and studio space designed to trigger the senses. This raw, industrial environment serves as the birthplace for his monthly Authentik Sessions—a project designed as a testament to visual consistency and high-retention storytelling. Rather than just mixing tracks, Auronik utilizes advanced DMX environment setups via SoundSwitch, seamlessly synchronizing moving heads, heavy fog, and blinding strobe pulses to create an architectural wave of tension and release.

With over two decades of experience behind the decks, including twenty years utilizing Serato Pro, Auronik’s deep technical expertise runs parallel to his creative output. This rich underground heritage is shaped by his history as a producer, previously releasing music under the alias Kroznik. Today, that experience serves as a heavy credibility layer for a modern, forward-thinking audiovisual act.
