Napami is een viering aan vriendschap en muziek. Het project van Graciela Zaera Moraña en David Domínguez is het geluidsverhaal van twee migranten uit Spanje en Venezuela die elkaar ontmoeten in een ver land. Beiden verkennen door hun composities hoe verschillende ritmes en harmonieën versmelten als uitdrukkingen van de menselijke verbinding en de verbroedering tussen culturen.

Nostalgische gevoelens van vreugde en verdriet die de migranten delen inspireren de creaties van het duo.

Muzikale elementen uit Spanje, Venezuela en Latijns-Amerika met nuances uit jazz en klassieke muziek vinden elkaar in het landschap waar de Middellandse Zee, de Caraïben en de Pyreneeën elkaar kruisen.

Napami es una celebración a la amistad y a la música. Este proyecto, creado por Graciela Zaera y David Domínguez, es el relato sonoro de dos migrantes de Espana y Venezuela que coinciden en tierra lejana. A través de composiciones propias, ambos indagan en la fusión de diversos ritmos y armonías como expresiones del vínculo humano y la hermandad entre culturas. Los sentimientos de nostalgia, alegría y tristeza que comparten los migrantes, inspiran las creaciones del dueto.

Napami integra diferentes elementos musicales principalmente de Espana, Venezuela y Latinoamérica en general con matices de jazz y música clásica, creando un paisaje donde se cruzan el Mediterráneo y el Caribe, los Pirineos y la cordillera Andina.

Napami is a celebration of friendship and music. This project, created by Graciela Zaera and David Domínguez, is the sound story of two migrants from Spain and Venezuela who meet in a distant land. Through their own compositions, both explore the fusion of different rhythms and harmonies as expressions of the human bond and the brotherhood between cultures. The feelings of nostalgia, joy and sadness shared by the migrants, inspire the creations of the duet.

Napami integrates different musical elements mainly from Spain, Venezuela and Latin America in general with nuances of jazz and classical music, creating a landscape where the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, the Pyrenees and the Andean mountain range intersect.
