Hi,

I'm Pieter, alias 'Murani'. In 2008, I started DJ'ing and producing, always with one goal in mind: I want to give people the chance to discover new and/or underground tracks during my sets.

For the Fuse NYE contest, I made a mixtape that is a good reference of warming up music I play during opening sets. I also made a video, you can find it here: Murani video: Fuse contest

The genre I play depends of set time, atmosphere and audience. During warming up sets, I love to play dreamy tracks, sometimes with a touch of oldskool house. Later on and especially during closing sets, I bring more melodic techno with a unique touch by using external Roland delay and reverb pedals.

I already played at venues such as Decadance, Club Goud and Sondag. Last year, I played at the 'Back Stage' at Extrema Outdoor Belgium and this was one of the gigs I will never forget. This year, I already played at Dystopia Festival and ended 2nd in the StuBru DJ contest for Tomorrowland, but my biggest wish for 2019 would be opening NYE at Fuse!

Finally, I also produce my own tracks and I'm very honoured that my release 'Bomen' is supported by Goldfox during his Techno van Eigen Kweek mixtapes.
