Mother released their debut album ‘I’ in the fall of 2020, as the first part of a trilogy. The album, consisting of one continuous song, was quickly noticed in the scene as by Belgian record label Consouling Sounds. Not long after the band signed with the label for future releases. On 3 December 2021 Mother released the next addition to their musical landscape ‘Interlude I: The Loving Care Of A Mother For A Child’, all while re-pressing their debut album.

Since their first try-out in 2019 Mother played in famous Belgian music venues as Trix, Muziekclub 4AD, Muziekclub De Zwerver, L’Entrepôt À Arlon, Cultuurcentrum De Grote Post, and they played support shows for Wiegedood and Stake.
