DJ Dysfunkshunal is without a doubt one of the biggest turntablists in Belgium. He is known for his unique style in which he mixes hip-hop, trap, r&b, dancehall, afrobeat, soul & funk all together through his turntablism skills. As a member of the Killa Tactics DJ crew he traveled the world to compete in DJ world championships in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, London & Amsterdam. He also won some major competitions and is the holder of 2 vice-world champion titles: needless to say that he has more than earned his name in the international DJ battle environment.

Now you can find him at festivals like Fire Is Gold, WeCanDance, Lokerse Feesten, Les Ardentes,… There are few clubs and venues in Belgium where he hasn’t played yet, and he has performed in more than 20 countries including: USA, China, Japan, South Africa, Senegal, Albania, Kosovo, Croatia, Sweden, Norway,…

DJ Dysfunkshunal was asked by hip-hop legend KRS-One himself, to provide the beats for the live shows during his most recent European tour. He was also the tour DJ for Safi & Spreej for years, one of the biggest Belgian hip-hop duos. He is currently touring with upcoming artist Jelle.

He has already provided the opening acts for international hip-hop stars such as DMX, KRS-One, Lil Wayne, Nas, Eve, Raekwon (Wu-Tang Clan), De La Soul, Rahzel (The Roots), Furious Five, Public Enemy, Xzibit, Guru (Gangstarr), Grandmaster Flash, Capone-n-Noreaga, Gza/Genius (Wu-Tang Clan), Method Man & Redman, Soprano, Kery James, Sexion d’Assaut, Immortal Technique, Kid Ink & many others.

Like many other DJs, DJ Dysfunkshunal also took steps in the music industry. He produces beats for Belgian and international artists, with more than 100 scratch featurings to his name. The biggest achievement of this is the recent gold record for the scratches on the song “Zes In de Ochtend” by rapper Dikke, which has millions of streams.
