Vietnam Siren is the techno project of Dario Desaer. Approaching his music as a more cinematic experience by creating interconnected scenes instead of standalone tracks. Deeply influenced by the suspense and raw tension of crime cinema, Vietnam Siren constructs albums and sets with deliberate structural arcs, weaving introductions, outros, and thematic focus directly into powerful, club-functional techno.

The initiation of this narrative begins with the debut album, Above The Trees, a limited 200- copy vinyl release on his own label, MASSA-BETOGING. Vietnam Siren bridges the gap between classic industrial, minimalism, storytelling, and contemporary techno functionality. Distorted basslines, cutting textures, and suspenseful arrangements intersect to create a sound that is both physically driving and mentally immersive.

Sometimes bending the conventional frameworks of techno while remaining firmly anchored in its foundations, Vietnam Siren brings a dark, episodic depth to the genre. Inspired by multiple forms of techno and electronic music in general, the project remains completely unattached to a specific speed or sound. While the albums function as theme-driven experiences, the ultimate objective remains absolute: total dancefloor command.
