Arky emerges as a musical virtuoso, a maestro of multiple instruments, and a soulful lyricist. The enchantment of crafting songs has been a lifelong fascination for this eclectic artist.

His journey unfolds as a vivid mosaic of diverse cultural experiences, where Arky Starch not only graced stages in every corner of Belgium but also harmonized with musicians from every corner of the planet. Arky founded Dread Invasion and seamlessly collaborated with renowned acts such as Heartwash, Sun Flower Crackers (where his keyboard prowess shone in the realm of ska-punk-reggae), Ion Youth (channeling roots reggae through the keyboard), and Yosa (instrumental in the percussive heartbeat of Dread Invasion just before their parting).

During the lockdown in 2020, after a decade-long hiatus, Arky delved back into music production and distribution under his indie label, "Roar Like A Bass."

The sonic alchemy that ensued saw collaborations with luminaries like Samora,Omar Perry, David Corleone, Dhazed,Zoe Mazah, Razteria, Zoolook, Kayamandi, Marius Costache, Lil Obeah, , Ragga Yves, Mr. Ital.

Mastering his musical odyssey became a transformative experience under the mentorship of Dubmatix, the maestro also known as Jesse King from Toronto, Canada. Over the past three years, Dubmatix imparted profound insights into production and mixing, elevating Arky's sonic repertoire to new heights.

Mireille Boudewijns, known by her stage moniker "MICKY B," hails from the vibrant city of Antwerp, embodying the essence of a singer, songwriter, and recording artist.

Her captivating voice has not only caught the attention of audiences but has also earned her the privilege of sharing the stage with distinguished artists such as Rebellion the Recaller, Charly Black, Macka B, Cocoa Tea, and I-Wayne.

Excitement fills the air as Micky B proudly announces forthcoming collaborations that promise to infuse joy into her musical journey.

As a Turkish/Belgian songstress, she artfully blends heartfelt messages and positive vibrations with a hint of militancy. Her distinctive style, characterized by sweet vocals and poignant lyrics, positions her as a contemporary "Griot" in the modern musical landscape.

Trumpet

Say hello to Bart, trumpeter extraordinaire. Originally started as a flugelhorn player at a very young age, he soon switched to trumpet in his small town concert band – where he still loyally plays after 30+ years!

Being classically trained, Bart spent most of his career playing in a whole slew of wind bands; including concert bands, fanfare orchestras, and the occasional brass- and big band. Throughout the years he manifested himself as a key player/soloist in every band he played in.

When he’s not blowing air through a metal tube, Bart enjoys playing piano and you’ll often find him recording/mixing in his home studio. Other side projects include dabbling with “live coding” music using Foxdot and Supercollider.

Not one to limit himself to particular genres, Bart tries to enhance his performances using anything from classical music to heavy metal, and everything in between.

It's fair to say that Bart never shies away from a challenge, and is eager to explore - and contribute to - the world of Reggae / Dub.
