Pieter long followed the path of a classical musician: pianist, trumpet player and orchestral conductor. However, he always had a crush on pop, electro and house music as well, passionately attending concerts and music festivals.

Not feeling he belonged in the purely classical world, Pieter started to search for his own musical voice back in 2019. He quickly found it a second nature to blend his musical palette on the piano.

He started recording in his home studio in Ghent and released his music online. After a few releases, he got picked up by several record labels and Spotify editorial curators, resulting in millions of streams worldwide today.

His music is by no standard complex, instead his composing mantra is “beauty in simplicity”.
