BIO Vaulted Needles started as a jam session between Arne en Jeroen in September of 2009. Steve joined a week later.

First shows and a demoJanuary 8th, 2010. First show at De Pit Koksijde, HQ. The month after that, February, they had a chance to test a brand new studio in Nieuwpoort. Three songs were recorded, Good Shoes, Little Baby & When you do it like that. That last song had some airplay on a national radio station.

Recording All Night Long March 2012, we started work on our first full length album. Benjamin Derclaye was going to produce the record. About 2 months were spend on pre-production. Recording went well, it sounded good and solid. In the last week of recording disaster struck. All of the recordings were gone, deleted, erased, eradicated,… Primary and backups, everything was gone.. How, when and why, we never knew.

It took us a month or two to really get over this and restart the project. So we chose a studio in Brussels and booked it for 7 days. Benjamin was back on board and we played all of the frustrations away and were finally ready in December. After that it was in the hands of Abbey Roads Online Mastering Studio’s to give it the finishing touch.

The album was called ‘All Night Long’ and was physically released February 6th 2013, later that year, May 24th on iTunes thanks to Wild Cherry Consult.

Up to this day we sold about a 1.000 copies of All Night Long, with no record label or distribution channels, except digitally for iTunes. We are very pleased with the ways things turned out eventually and would like to thank each and every one of you who bought the album.
