Thomas and Steven met each other on several jam sessions around Belgium. There was a musical connection and so the project for a new Duo was started. The music of Deya is inspired by traditional music from all over Europe, with mainly influences of Breton and Irish music.

In April of 2017 they released their first full album.

Thomas en Steven leerden elkaar kennen op verschillende jams her en der in België.

De muzikale klik was aanwezig en zo begon de samenwerking voor een nieuw duo.

Hun muziek klinkt warm en toch fris, bescheiden maar toch swingend.

In april 2017 verscheen de eerste CD van het duo!
