Bio

BREEO (pronounced as Brii-o), aka Brio Verneirt, is an 18 years old solo-artist, creative and a singer-songwriter from Belgium.

Inspired by moths, beauty in life and death and the authenticity of human emotions, BREEO brings back the whimsicality and weirdness to current youth.

From a young age, BREEO travelled between Limburg and Vlaams-Brabant to get a musical education, widening vocal and instrumental skills, writing songs and developing her artistic vision. She works hard to create a musical and visual experience of what goes on inside her mind. Striving to bring back the oddity and strangeness into music, BREEO's songs are a representation of her most authentic self.

She got selected in a few music events such as: The Voice Kids, Pop Love at Mind The Voice, BarryRock Festival, Dranouter Festival and recently participated to the free podium shows, such as open-mic; Het Depot Leuven 2023 and Café De Loge 2024, Ghent.

Brio is currently studying at PXL, Hasselt, and released her first single on May 31st, 2024 (11,4K streams and 3,4K listeners to date - see Spotify link).
